How do I apply to recieve monthly hobby packs?
Send us an email and we will add you up for the mailing list. You will then receive a monthly email with a chance to sign up for that month's hobby pack
Am I guaranteed a hobby pack every month?
We endeavour to make it a fair process and that everyone gets a chance to receive a pack so this may mean that sometimes you may miss out on a pack.
Can I apply for a bespoke hobby pack?
Yes, you can. We have a menu of hobby packs you can choose from or if you have an idea just let us know and we will try to make something unique for you. This service is limited to two bespoke hobby packs per year per person.
How much does a hobby pack cost?
All of our packs are free to our service users
When will I recieve my pack?
If it is the monthly hobby pack, it will be posted second class on the last week of the month. If you are awaiting a bespoke hobby pack/diagnosis pack/one off pack/care package it can take up to three weeks to create and send out.
My pack hasn't arrived, what should I do?
You will receive a confirmation email to let you know when it has been posted. Please allow for 14 days to arrive as Royal Mail is having a lot of difficulties at the moment and there are longer wait times. If you haven't received your pack in two weeks, please get in touch.
My pack has ben damaged in the post, what can I do?
Please get in touch with us and we will endeavour to get this fixed.
I work for a charitable organisation, can we receive packs?
Yes, you can. We have many different options for working with charitable organisations so please get in touch via the contact page.
I own a business, can we receive packs for our employees?
Yes, you can. We have many different options for working with private sector organisations and businesses so please get in touch via the contact page.
How can I make a donation to Snowdrops and Sunflowers?
You can make a one off or monthly donation via https://www.buymeacoffee.com/sunflowers. You can also donate items from our Amazon Wishlist which can be found on the Support Us page
Are you currently taking on volunteers?
We are currently accepting expressions of interests for volunteer roles.

Can I nominate someone to recieve a care package?
Yes, you can. Drop us an email with some information about the person you would like to receive the package and their address and we will send one out.
What is a Keep Learning email?
It is a monthly email based around a specific topic where you can read and learn new things. At the moment we send ones out for Nature, and Mindfulness.
What is a Hobby Plan?
It is a monthly email for 12 months based around a specific hobby with information, ideas, activities and prompts. It is designed for a beginner to develop their hobby over a period of time. At the moment we offer Reading, Drawing and Personal Development
What is the Sparking Joy Points Scheme?
It is a scheme where you can do tasks related to the month's hobby pack or contained in the Keep Learning and Hobby Plans. You get points for tasks and once you reach milestones you will receive prizes.
