Our founder Laura started the community group in 2022 after her second breakdown and bipolar diagnosis and uses her lived experience of mental illness to create programs that support the service user holistically.  Laura found that an important part of her recovery was gardening. So after her diagnosis she threw herself into her new hobby and marks hobbies as vital for her mental health.

We want our service users to feel supported, understood and encouraged to find their passion in life and work towards a journey of recovery.  The ethos of the group is based around hobbies, education, community, conversations and interests and our services are rooted in helping people find a reason to get up in the morning and something to look forward to when they go to bed at night.
